How effective is walking backwards for people with hip joint pain? - osteoarthritis joint pain
My mother was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee and possibly hip. I've heard that the reverse train and train someone to help balance the quadriceps (possibly) to improve your situation.
Please can someone explain how to go backwards in order to balance / quads?
Better yet, share an experience that helped me with the running back seems to help pain in the knee / hip? Or is there some other treatment, they recommend the situation of my mother?
