When I is in the dental school had cut to 8 teeth, so I know how (you can be painstaking process that had to do in 2 months). But I have to simplify the process. They gave me a typhodont with teeth, so we had a visual reference (I hope you have them). I put the tooth in clay, then carefully remove the tooth without the seal, so I had half a tooth. Then the melted wax into the mold and the other is carved with the other points of interest.

First, find a good tool you feel comfortable, use the size of the teeth Guide Linek, go to a dental laboratory and see, I was taught for the first time to focus on the similarities between the teeth, most teeth similar anatomy.
