They are very useful, LED light, which are portable and are used in the shooting. Except .... costs about $ 2000! Who knows what I buy for portable light panels that change the configuration of the light can - the light from a regulatory authority? and at what price?

Yes, I do not see why not. They need someone really good soldering or just a manufacturer to make one board. Then you could use an analog system to vary the intensity or the use of a programmable microcontroller
the rather simple.
A group of LEDs are connected in series (3 LEDs connected in series, a group or 6 LEDs in series to form a group (higher voltage) form)
Dimmning As you may transistors AA at the end of the series of LEDs to control the flow and a microcontroller with PWM current control to send transistors, which give an effect of concealing

I am currently working on a project at work and can only say that these copiers is not really a simple thing, a large number of LEDs correctly. There are only a few integrated circuits, doing the heavy lifting for you, if you know how to do some electronics.
If you are not satisfied with regard to energy, many types of LEDs (the number depends on the supply voltage) and adjust the resistance values of each string to leave the light as you want. Then you could use a power source to adjust the brightness varable.
I did not add much to answer this, unless, Texas Instruments, a number of LED display drivers do have the nice built-in PWM control, which control the brightness or color, if you could use RGB LED.
